Product Description
Our body stockings are made of compression mesh that magically holds your stomach in while you dance. They also conceal problem areas and give a smooth, uniform look to your belly dance costume. It fits directly under your bra and can be attached using Velcro or hooks or by permanently sewing it to the bottom of your bra.
NOTE: Sizes Small/Medium and Large/X-Large in Black are now made from a finer athletic, dry wicking compression mesh. All Beige Ma'at Body Stockings are now made from our fine Micro Mesh because the powernet is no longer available.

excellent body stocking

A very good investment. As an older dancer, it hid some of those bits we notice but don't really want everyone else to notice. I ordered L/XL as I am 5'5" and 149 lbs. It stays in place at the the bra line. The "suntan" is almost true to color.

A lot of bang for the buck and great shape wear. I tried on a skirt without it that I had a muffin top with. Then put on this body stocking and tried on the same skirt, muffin top gone. I have a long torso and was worried this would not be high enough. But it is a 4 way stretch material and I was able to easily pull it up to my bra line. I am light complected but went with suntan because I read elsewhere with tummy stockings you want to go a shade darker than your normal complexion for a slimming effect. Glad I did, totally loved it. Also a great benefit, I did not need to add on straps, the elastic at the top kept the stocking up on its own. I wore it to class tonight and it stayed up without rolling down. This by far is going to be the best up to bra body stocking I have owned and I totally love the price. For reference, I am 5'7" with a long torso. I wear between a size 12 and 14. I ordered the L/XL.

For a classic body stocking, this is it! I buy hooks already sewn into a strip from a local fabric warehouse, cut them into shorter strips and sew those into the underside of the bra band. A short piece in the front, sides and back of bra. No need to go all the way around. Then the elastic of these body stockings simply hook in. Then my torso is nice and SMOOTH!!

The body stocking is comfortable and flattering. The power mesh is strong, holds in all the right places and does a great job of smoothing problem areas.
The elastic at the top holds the stocking in place securely and it doesn't sag. It stays in place better than the body stockings I have with straps as it doesn't pull down between the straps.
I've now used it for several performances and each time it has stayed in place for several hours without feeling like it is going to come down.
I'll definitely be purchasing more - and just wish it came in colors as well as skin tone. -

I sew professionally and could make my own no problem but I buy these and refer my clients to the product. The mesh is dynamite! If you put hooks into your bra the body stocking mesh allows them to hook anywhere that is comfortable. I'm tall and buy a slightly larger size so it isn't too snug in the girth. Love them!

I had a great experience wearing this belly cover at a performance last weekend. I was concerned about the top rolling down but it didn't move after 45 min of dancing. The leg holes were snug and became uncomfortable after about 2 hours but I wouldn't expect to wear it much longer than that at a time anyway.

Stocking is a bit snug & I should have purchased a thong stocking so that panty lines do not occur otherwise I am happy with this stocking
