Just did a yoga session in the unitard and it was very comfortable and breathable. For belly dance practice I think I would prefer a size bigger as the mesh holds the stomach very firmly and I want to be able to see the rolls and ripples.

The unitard is an outfit that gives you the confidence to practice with ease , while remaining stylish and attractive. The stretch mesh holds in your tummy but still allows you to practice belly work effectively. My only complaint is that the side seams on the halter part came apart a little bit after 1 wear.

I love this new unitard with contrasting color! The first night I wore it to class everyone went crazy, telling me how sexy I looked. It feels great and supports my mid section so I look and feel really slim.
